Simply an amazing TV. I have not had a chance to play with all the bells and whistles, but the set is WORTH THE PRICE if you only use it as a 4K display. So far, the only complaint I have is that the default search engine for the built-in browser is BING rather than Google – but that’s a personal choice. The 3D is simply astounding, my friends were grasping in the air to grab a hold of the subtitles in Avatar! The 4K Mastered discs are stunning. You won’t see the images you see in the stores – many of them are TRUE 4K (recorded at the full UHD resolution). The “4K Mastered” discs are really 1080P but with enough information for a great upscale to 4K. To tell you the truth, I expected it to be MORE curved… The curve is not noticeable once you start watching. Paired with an OPPO 103D, this set gives you just about the best you can get.

Dec 12 update. Added the curved speaker (Samsung HW-H7500 8.1 Channel 320 Watt Wireless Audio Soundbar) to replace Bose Solo. I LOVE IT!!!! It looks GREAT with the TV too! The Sub-woofer makes a big difference and since it’s a wireless sub, it was easy to set up

Another update… Added the camera (SAMSUNG VG-STC4000 for 2013/2014 TV) and Skype is INCREDIBLE!!! Put the camera Below the TV or you look strange to the other person.
