Syncing the device to the phone was no problem, so the next step was to find a radio station that would work. I started playing a song on the phone, then turned our radio knob until we hit a station that was pure static, and finally tuned the device to the same station. As soon as we hit that station we started hearing our music on the radio, and it sounded crystyal clear. It was amazing, we’ve never had this luck with other devices. Of course the other devices we tried always had a limited number of pre-selected stations to choose from where this one lets up pick any station we want, so I’m sure that made a huge difference.
Aside from getting our phone’s audio onto our radio, this device also lets us advance to the next song, replay the previous song, change the volume, give various information on its LED screen, and more. We didn’t even care about any of that but it’s nice to have if you want it. Additionally, there is a USB port included on the plug so we can still charge the phone while it’s plugged in.
