If your family is like mine, you know you’ve got tons of devices that need to be charged at least once daily. Lately, I’ve been taking all of our devices (iPads and iPhones) and put them in one place in our kitchen or living room to charge overnight. This USB charger from SonRu is fantastic because I can charge all of our devices (and then some) in one spot without taking up a whole bunch of electrical outlets. Charging devices is quick, too — I really don’t need to wait until overnight because our phones receive maximum juice in less than an hour. And that’s with multiple devices charging at once.

This charger has a sleek, attractive design, is jet black, and lights up when plugged in so you know it’s working. One electrical outlet charges up to 10 devices. WOW. This is great for when company comes to our house and the kids need to charge up their devices — someone always runs out of juice on their device at my house but with SonRu’s charger, the device will be at full power in a really quick amount of time.

A fantastic multiport charger with great heat dissipation. First off, i think it is well worth noting that this does come with a method of dissipating heat; normal wall chargers get hot when you are charging things like ipads, so it is obvious to expect these to get burning when you want to charge say…6 ipads at the same time i like i do 😀 sooo i am very happy that this, unlike many many others, comes with a vent for cooling.

I bought this for a small classroom set of ipads to get rid of the clutter of 7 wall chargers and the 2 extension cords needed to plug them all in. at 12 amps, when i plug in 5 ipads simultaneously, i average about 9 volts at 2.5 amps(dont take my word on it) — but it is enough to quick charge the ipads which i know require at least 2 amps to do so. If you were to use it for smaller devices, you could probably charge 10 iphones to full, simultaneously, in only a couple of hours. The ipad batteries are around 11000 mAh…and i am getting around 15% charge an hour on each, so you could imagine how much juice this puts out. Overall, i am super with this device…no constant worrying about over heating, no dealing with setting up all the chargers at the start of each day, and no whining kids complaining about dead ipads.
