this speaker is good for the price!,
I only had it for 2 mos, and didn’t blast the sound at all. But for whatever reason the speakers have already blown out and are totally raspy.
– I was wrong, I contacted iHome and they said when it sounds raspy it’s time for battery replacement
– I did just that and it is working PERFECTLY NOW
Very happy with the sound now!!!!

Good Little Speaker System,
I bought this for work and it does great. Unlike another reviewer, I wanted it to be battery operated. Does well with both my iPod and iPhone4. If you’re looking for power and super sound quality, this one isn’t for you. If you’re looking for something to provide background music, this will do the trick. I do have to replace the batteries each week. I get about 20 – 25 hours use on the 4 AA required. Fortunately, I use rechargeable.
