I love the iPod touch. I bought one for my husband. I use it more than my iPhone since it has more memory. There are a lot of good apps available. I’m surprised at how much I can do on this without having to use my computer.

UPDATE- 6/30/16
We checked warranty on these and was able to take both in to the Apple store to get them fixed. They were able to fix the issue quite easily by holding the two buttons and doing a reset. So, I have my iPod back which is great news. But- why did it just stop working on both of them? I don’t know if it will continue to have this problem. I have an old iPod 4 I bought years ago that never did that and I was able to use for a very long time. So… I really don’t like the fact 2 iPods just stopped working like that within 2 months… kind of makes you wonder how stable it will be in the future…but I am happy that they are fixed. I have very mixed feelings but I wanted to update the review to be more fair.

So disappointed- I ordered this on April 23rd and as of June 28th, it just stopped working. I know it had a full battery and I was using it 10 minutes earlier. But when I tried to turn it back on, nothing. I have been very careful with the item and really loved it- until it just wouldn’t turn back on. I would have thought this was a fluke, but our son purchased the same model from the same seller Quality Photo on May 1st. His gave out earlier and again, I thought that was just a fluke. Now that both of ours have had the same problem and can’t be used within 2 months or less, I am quite upset. I have other small electronic devices that have not had issues, so I do not believe it is our electrical outlet issues. I would be VERY wary since 2 out of 2 iPods that quit working under 2 months is a terrible track record. So frustrated…

Zero stars!!! I have had nothing but bad experiences with Apple. I wanted a device I could download books and music and use without plugging up my phone so I ventured out to this apple ipod. This iPod is just barely over a year old. I’ve hardly used it, and now it won’t even turn on, is out of warranty, I’m out 245 dollars for something that doesn’t have a scratch, hardly any apps added, has full storage left, and it won’t turn on. Piece of crap. I have taken excellent care of it other than not using it enough. I also have a super sturdy case for it. I can’t even get online chat from apple to trouble shoot this. Oh, and even though I have my password and apple ID, I’m locked out because I can’t seem to remember security questions. I know a lot of people love apple but I have never ever been able to understand why. Honestly, I have had 100% terrible experiences between this and my son’s iPad that quick working. I ordered mine on Nov 9th, 2015 and this thing wouldn’t turn on Nov 24th, 2016 and it is out of warranty. So terribly disappointing. I have hardly used it, but it should not simply become inoperable in one year just from lack of use. It is now completely black, won’t show anything on the screen whatsoever. No thanks!!!!! Looks brand new though! It would make a better speed bump.
