Arrived when promised as described. Wrote about 20 gigs of music to it in a few minutes by using an SD Card converter. Popped it in the AGPTeK player and everything worked great. Sorts by folder, artists, songs, etc.

This is a nice player. I only use it as an mp3 player so this review is only for that function although it does so much more. So the fact that it plays flac files is great because that format is becoming big when downloading from web. Sound is good too. Battery life is long after an 8 hour shift of continous use it still says more tjan half full . My only con is navigation. It is not hard to figure put but you got to get used to it. I have had two weeks and still cant figure out how to do some actions without turning it off and starting at beginning each time.

This review comes after about a week of use. I bought it primarily to listen to music while at work and for podcasts while commuting. I work forty hours a week, prefer leaving it playing throughout my day, and commute between one and a half to two hours a day, given traffic. So in general on half of a single charge I was able to get about fifty hours of play without issue. This is actually a pretty decent mp3 player. The sound quality is nice, it’s very light weight, and the interface is easy to use. Installing music is also as simple as dragging onto the mp3 player’s folder when you hook it up through the included usb chord. There are two downsides though. For one the only media software I found useful for creating and transferring playlists to it is Sony’s Media Go so, if you use ITunes or Windows Media Player you’re outa luck there. You can do this through the device but since it uses the ipod’s button click interface for navigation I’d not reccomend. Also the usb chord, which is also how you charge the device, is really short. Additionally, and this is debateably given you’ll be charging this like once or twice a month depending on how much you use it, the thing doesn’t come with an ac adapter so you’ll either rely on a computer for charging or buy yourself such an adapter to charge in an outlet. But that charge time is only two to three hours and needs to be done so little, even if you’re a heavy user like me, that it’s not really a problem.
