Cheap way to make a waterproof mp3 player!,
To use the protective bad you must lift the clips on both sides, then it will open. After that, plug in the headphone jack, the what I do is twist the rest of the wire around the clip of the iPod to keep it out of the way of the lock on the bag. That is pretty much it for the case, after that your iPod is waterproof.
In order to actually listen to music though, you must plug in the provided headphones to the 3.5mm jack on the back of the case. These provided headphones are quite nice, while they don’t sound like Bose, they sound decent, specially for $9. The best part is how great they fit! They feel amazing and don’t fall off.
However if you don’t like they sound of them, you can feel free to use any other pair of waterproof headphones and just plug them into the back of the case/ bag.
This product is awesome, and the price makes it a great deal!

Gave the Product a Real Workout!,
For the money I would recommend this as an alternative to paying $150 for a waterproof shuffle. I am not familiar with other headphone styles but would probably use the wax plug with them as well. I could also see using this for kayaking or other water sport situations because it does seem to be durable and could use the strap to wrap around. It did take a little while to arrive but I was not in a hurry. The manufacture might want to include a pair of wax plugs (can get a pack of 20 at any store) with a minor price adjustment — just a suggestion.

A waterproof budget case for your shuffle,
Customer Video Review Length:: 4:11 Mins
I received this i-Rainy Waterproof Case for iPod Shuffle as part of a sample package for review.
This case includes headphones, earphones that indicate they are waterproof, an armband and a neck strap.
First I wanted to say that this waterproof bag is strictly for the I-pod Shuffle and is unfortunately a little too small for other small MP3 players. I tried with a Sandisk MP3 and it wouldn’t quite fit to allow for it to seal up watertight, although it would protect it mostly from running in the rain and would stay in place with the attached strap on your arm. This would have been nice if just a little bigger to fit a variety of smaller MP3’s. Never the less I did test its water proof ability by sealing it up and it did keep the water out very well.
I thought though that the claim of waterproof headphones was not going to hold up. So I did what any consumer would do, I put them in a sink of water and I was surprised that they still played. I thought the biggest weakness was the headphone connector on the waterproof case and the headphone jack itself. I poured water all on it and it played. So definitely a surprise there. I-rainy indicates this case is ok for prolonged amounts of time under water up to 65 feet and although I personally wouldn’t recommend it, it does seem to hold up to water way better than I expected.
The clear front allows you to see the buttons well and push them with no big issues.
The headphones are ok but a bit tinny sounding with very little bass but at this price range at 9 dollars you can’t really expect a hi-fi sound.
So for case and headphones that won’t break the bank that you can swim in or run in the rain in and feel ok that it won’t ruin your shuffle, then this is it. Not the best sounding headphones but they do work and work even in water. It is limited to just the Shuffle though.
