The long-standing Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) is going to change in some situations. Included in a leaked preview build of Windows 10 is a green version of the error message that appears to replace the BSOD. Multiple users have reported its existence in the build.

Matthijs Hoekstra, a Microsoft employee, suggests the new GSOD isn’t fully replacing the BSOD. It’ll be present when there are problems with a preview version of Windows 10, but it won’t be the color that’s used to indicate a problem with regular builds.
