Vodafone has dropped wireless roaming charges in dozens of countries. Beginning today, customers will be able to use their minutes, texts, and data in 40 extra countries without paying extra. Most of the locations on the list are in Europe along with French territories.
The free roaming is available to those who are upgrading or have a new contract with Vodafone. It’s not available if you’re currently in the middle of a contract.
Vodafone is also implementing another offer that gives you your service for £5 per day in an additional 60 countries, including the US and Canada.
