As gamers are waiting for the next-generation GeForce lineup, NVIDIA has just officially announced the GeForce MX150 graphics card for notebooks. The MX150 is designed for low-end notebooks that are looking to boost the graphics performance slightly above the capabilities of an integrated GPU.
The GPU is a successor to the GeForce 940MX, which has been used in most budget laptops over the last years, and NVIDIA says the new GPU offers up to 3 times better performance-per-watt. It is based on the same Pascal architecture used in NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 10 series chips and laptops with it could be showcased at Computex 2017 next week.
