Today Microsoft launched two new 19H2 builds (Build 18362.10014 and Build 18362.10015 ) into the Windows 10 Insider Slow Ring.
If you’re on 19H2 Build 18362.10012 – you’ll obtain Build 18362.10014 with options turned OFF by default. This contains the below-mentioned options in addition to the options from the earlier launch.If you’re on 19H2 Build 18362.10013 – you’ll obtain Build 18362.10015 with options turned ON by default.
Microsoft is testing the flexibility to ship these updates with options turned off by default in order that Microsoft can then flip them on
