The amount of cloud storage available with Apple’s $10 iCloud tier has doubled. It’ll now come with 2 TB, the company announced during its annual WWDC developer conference. You can use the service to store documents, music, photos, and other types of content.
Anyone who purchased the 1 TB version of the plan prior to June 5 will automatically be upgraded to 2 TB.
iCloud does offer some cheaper plans as well, including 50 GB for $1 and 200 GB for $3.
The cloud storage option has also received a family sharing feature. Those with 200 GB or 2 TB can share their plan with their entire family.
