Huawei is reportedly working to join the likes of Apple, Google, and Samsung in offering its own voice-controlled assistant. Bloomberg reports the company has a team of 100 people working on the software in Shenzhen, China. It has shown an interest in AI-related tech in the past.

Its creation of a voice assistant would leave Google with yet another Android device maker disinterested in simply using Google Assistant.
