Besides announcing the international variant of the HTC Bolt at an event in Taiwan today, the company has also announced two new Desire smartphones. The two other new smartphones are the entry-level Desire 650 that costs around $170 and a mid-range Desire 10 Pro priced at $450.
HTC Desire 650 comes with a 5-inch 720p display, a quad-core Snapdragon processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable storage, 13 MP and 5 MP cameras, and a 2,200 mAh battery. The handset further features LTE connectivity, NFC and BoomSound.
The larger and more expensive Desire 10 Pro packs a 5.5-inch 1080p display that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and is powered by Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 chipset with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of expandable internal storage. The rest of the specs include a 3,000 mAh battery, a 20 MP rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 13 MP front camera.
