HP Updates Pavilion And Pavilion X360 Notebook Lineup

HP has announced that its Pavilion lineup of notebooks has been updated with new models. There is a total of six new models, including 14-, 15.6-, and 17.3-inches Pavilion and 11.6-, 14- and 15.6-inches Pavilion x360 convertible notebooks, all of which will be available in May or June, starting at around $349 for an entry-level model.

The lineup also includes some of the features from the premium Envy or Spectre lineup. The standard Pavilion series has the new “Lift hinge” design from the Envy series, improved airflow and ergonomics, reduced bezels by as much as 51%. It is available with AMD and Intel processors as well as with GeForce 940MX and Radeon graphics cards.

The Pavilion x360 series unfortunately doesn’t feature the newer Pascal GPUs, but older Maxwell GeForce 940. It is available only with Intel processor and up to 16 GB of RAM.
