YouTube co-founder Steve Chen’s latest project is a social network for food lovers, fittingly called “Nom.” Just after the new site’s launch, Chen and NBC’s Olivia Sterns took the new platform for a live test, broadcasting a mixology demo together from a bar in Austin, Texas.
