This is a multi-functional device that acts as a MP3 player, SD Card Reader, USB Flash Drive Reader and FM Transmitter. Music can be played via the device to your car speakers from a 3.5mm connection, SD card or USB Flash drive. There is a USB plug on the device that can be used to read a USB flash drive to access music as well as charge or power a device at 1A output. The device then uses the built-in FM transmitter to relay the music to your car speakers. No issues with static or noise from the FM transmitter and there are enough channel selections available to allow for crisp clean sound without interference. The device also comes with a remote control for easier control. There is an LCD screen on the device as well that makes it easier to sort through and play music. The device is able to read SD cards or USB flash drives with a capacity up to 32 GB. I tried an 8 GB flash drive and had no issues with capability.

Overall, this is a great device that acts as an extension to your car stereo and gives it the ability to play music from different formats. No issues so far, great find.

I purchased this FM transmitter to give as a gift. I was really impressed by a similar one I have for myself and listened to a few others as they expressed their enthusiasm with mine. This unit is really easy to set up and connect your phones music to play in your car without an aux port. I received the unit, and aux cord, remote, extra fuse and instructions. Let me tell you I was able to set this one up in my home sitting at my kitchen table. There’s a video that shows the set up. You would first plug the transmitter in the cigarette lighter of your car and then connect the aux cord to the device and then your phone. Make sure your car radio and the devices FM channel match and play your music. Now you can enjoy all your music from your phone through your car radio. It’s really nice because if you are an avid audio book reader or podcast listener this ideal. This does the job just fine, but with some caveats. First and foremost, the build is very cheap. It does not feel solid. It hasn’t broken nor does it show signs of breaking anytime soon, but it just doesn’t have quality build. The most irksome aspect of this product is the software. To simply change FM frequencies you must press and hold the fast forward button and wait several seconds to get to the frequency you’re aiming for. The remote is not practical in any way, and the manufacturer should save themselves, and we the consumers, some money by unbundling it.
