Zuuka Takes On Children’s Mobile Apps

Los Angeles-based FrogDogMedia, the developer of the iStoryTime mobile story applications for the iPhone, said Tuesday that it has linked with German publisher zuuka! Gmbh in a joint venture. Exact details of the business arrangement were not announced, but the firms said that they will operate together under the name zuuka, using the iStoryTimeName as its flagship label and joint brand. The firm will provide Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, and Android mobile apps. FrogDogMedia was co-founded by Woody Sears and Graham Farrar. The new firm will be headed by Sears and Farrar of FrogDogMedia and Susanne and Dirk Busshart of zuuka! GmbH.
