ZOTAC has announced that it will be bringing 10 years of design excellence to CES 2017 next week, showcasing innovative VR and commercial solutions at the show. Some of the exciting new products that the company will be showcasing at CES this year include ZOTAC’s first Thunderbolt 3 Mini PC, External VGA box, and “the world’s smallest GeForce GTX 1080” graphics card.

“We believe the future of computing should be flexible,” says Tony Wong, CEO, ZOTAC International. “Our next generation of computing products enables users to get the best of mobile and stationary experience.”

New Mini PCs

The next-gen Mini PCs from ZOTAC will be powered by Intel Kaby Lake processors and come with Thunderbolt 3 connectivity. The new protocol allows for faster transfer speeds, more charge power, more compatible protocols, richer display colors, and a wide range of expansions. Other highlights include greater productive functionality with Intel vPRO and UNITE features, GeForce GTX graphics, and more.

External Graphics Dock

The ZOTAC external graphics dock allows devices equipped with Thunderbolt 3 to greatly enhance its graphical processing capabilities. It comes with a PCIE 3.0 slot, 3 standard USB 3.0 ports and a Quick Charge 3.0 enabled USB 3.0 port. The external graphics dock can function as a power source as well, thanks to a 400W power supply unit. This means it can be used to directly power any connected notebook or mini PC.

GeForce GTX 1080 Mini

Perhaps the most interesting of all the new products that ZOTAC will be showcasing at CES 2017 will be the GeForce GTX 1080 Mini, the smallest GeForce GTX 1080 card yet. The card will come with a base clock of 1620 MHz and a boost clock of 1759 MHz. The 8GB of GDDR5X memory will be clocked at 10 GHz, over a 256-bit interface.
