In a long-awaited transfer, Google is working to put off the necessity to say “Hey, Google” to allow some “quick actions”.
The new Guacamole function was found by 9to5Google initially tearing down the Google Assistant APK and right now AndroidPolice found what the Guacamole menu led to.
The new possibility now lets you “Skip saying ‘Hey, Google’ for some quick tasks”.
Those duties could be the place the context was very clear e.g. saying Stop when an alarm went off or Answer when there was an incoming name.
Google is presently testing the function internally and it’s not identified if and when this handy function will roll out extra broadly.
