During a press conference in China, Xiaomi has officially unveiled its new Redmi Note handset that will offer solid build, design and performance while being very affordable. The Redmi Note 5A is now available for purchase in China and comes in three colors – Champagne Gold, Rose Gold and Platinum Silver Gray and three RAM configurations.
The base model with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage costs CNY 699 (€90), a 3 GB+32 GB model is priced at CNY 899 (€110) and a 4 GB+64 GB version is priced at CNY 1,199 (€150)
The phone packs a 5.5-inch 720p display, Snapdragon 435, a 16 MP front-facing camera, a 13 MP camera on the back and is powered by a 3,080 mAh battery.
