With Android 7.0 Nougat out in the wild, Xiaomi is working hard on its next MIUI iteration that is going to be based on the Google’s last OS. The company is working hard to ensure the best experience to its users and compatibility with a large number of Xiaomi smartphones.
The previous MIUI 8 was available for almost every Xiaomi handset, so users are hoping to see the same thing from the next major OS update. Although a few of images of MIUI 9 were spotted online, we have no specifics on what to expect from it. What we do know is that the update will be big in size, as first build versions are around 1.8 GB big.
