If you don’t know yet, Xiaomi invested in a venture named ‘BlackShark’ last year which is for gaming related stuff and if you go over to the official Weibo Profile of ‘Blackshark’, you will find that this is a company that is made to make smartphones. Today, the Xiaomi Blackshark showed up on AnTuTu benchmark which might just have confirmed that Xiaomi is working on a gaming smartphone that will compete with the successor of Razor Phone this year. The AnTuTu score of the phone is impressive which might not be surprising for a smartphone made for gaming.

As seen in the image above, the phone goes by the name ‘blackshark’, and it is powered by the incredibly powerful Snapdragon 845 processor along with massive 8GB of RAM. Please note that AnTuTu is recently listing all the major flagships with 32GB ROM as seen with Nubia NX606J and Asus Z01RD, so it is surely a bug with the algorithm of AnTuTu benchmark as 32GB ROM along with 8GB RAM is a joke! We expect it to be at least 128GB ROM. Rest of the specifications of the Xiaomi Blackshark include Android 8.0.0 Oreo and an 18:9 display with FULL-HD+ resolution. To compete with Razor phone, Xiaomi might add a 120Hz display which is, again, impressive!

Lastly, the phone scores 270K+ on AnTuTu benchmark which has made it the top 5 highest scoring smartphones on AnTuTu right now. Do you want to see such a phone from Xiaomi in the future? Do let us know via the comments section.
