Microsoft’s Windows 10 event is happening in less than 2 hours, where the company is expected to talk about the future of Windows 10. While we all know the codename for the update (“Redstone 2”), it seems like the official name for the update will be the “Creators Update”. Microsoft has quietly released a new update for the upcoming Paint app (which is only a placeholder app for now), and the description of the app states that:
This application requires joining the Windows Insider Program (https://insider.windows.com) and installing the Windows 10 Creators Update (Build 14800 or greater)
Keep in mind that this is just a speculation for now, and it may not be the final name for the update. Windows 10 Redstone 2 is expected to introduce a host of new features, including improvements for the Start Menu, File Explorer, Windows Holographic, Microsoft Edge, Continuum, and much more.
