The upcoming Creators Update is still far from finished and Microsoft is constantly bringing new features with the preview builds. The latest preview version of Windows 10 has been released to Fast Ring Insiders and it finally brings one of the best features from Android and iOS.
Called Compact Overlay, the feature allows you to make Skype calls and watch TV in a floating window. At the moment, not many apps support this, but it will be available for all app developers creating Universal Windows apps. The 15031 build also brings Dynamic Lock, which locks/unlocks your PC when you are nearby.
