Google’s popular Waze navigation app is now letting users record their own voice to give themselves directions. Waze has already featured a range of voices, including ones from T-Pain and Mr. T. Users can enter the “settings” area and open “sound and voice” to add their voice.
Waze won’t be able to read out full street names if you utilize the feature, however.
For standard navigation features, Google Maps and Apple Maps are often the go-to services. But Waze specializes in social and gimmicky features of this sort, which helps it stand apart.
