At the recent MWC 2017 trade show, Motorola only unveiled new budget smartphones, the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus. If you are one of many people that only wants high-end phones, then you probably want to see a successor to the current Moto Z lineup.
The good news is that the successor is in final stages and is probably only a matter of time before Motorola announces it. The company has decided to go the Snapdragon 835 route, meaning the phone won’t be available in the first half of the year. Not only Samsung has the first dibs on the chipset, but is also having hard times manufacturing it due to new 10nm manufacturing process.
The leaked Motorola phone barely shows anything as it is inside a case and taped over. Judging by the tape, the bezels aren’t very thin, and there might not be a physical button, but we’ll have to wait for a better picture
