Ubisoft’s ‘Steep’ free to play this weekend in Open Beta

Ubisoft’s upcoming open world extreme sports game, ‘Steep’, will be free to play all weekend for Xbox One, PC, and PS4 users in its open beta, ahead of its official December 2 release date. The open beta began yesterday, November 18, and will run until Monday, November 21. And if you decide to go ahead and purchase the full game after your open beta run is out, Ubisoft has confirmed that all of your progression and achievements will be carried over to the full game. In addition to this, you can also take advantage of the games Seasons Pass, which is split into 3 separate DLC packs that include:

  • Winter Fest Pack: Winter sled, plus new fun challenges and costumes to customise your look.
  • Extreme Pack: 3 new adrenaline fuelled sports – rocket wings, base jumping and speed gliding.
  • Adrenaline Pack: Includes the Moonlight Pack of 3 unique night-time challenges and equipment pack, along with a total of 3 costumes, 2 outfits, 2 boards and 3 wingsuits.

The season pass also nets you a snowman outfit, helicopter tickets to reach uncharted destinations quickly, and 10,000 Steep Credits at launch.
