TDIT’s enterprise covers product improvement and technical gross sales for discrete semiconductors, whereas TOSMEC gives complete companies for system LSI, starting from product planning, improvement and design to testing and failure evaluation. Following the merger, TEDS will probably be accountable for product planning, product improvement, failure evaluation and resolution proposals for the semiconductor enterprise, and can cooperate with TDSC because the engineering arm of its semiconductor enterprise.
TEDS’ integration of TDIT and TOSMEC’s applied sciences, know-how and buyer networks will help its provision of high-value-added merchandise to a variety of consumers.
