Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation (TDSC) in the present day introduced the consolidation of two of its subsidiaries, Toshiba Microelectronics Corporation (TOSMEC) and Toshiba Discrete Semiconductor Technology Corporation (TDIT), into a brand new firm, Toshiba Electronic Device Solutions Corporation (TEDS).
