Tesla is going to hold two product-related events this month, says CEO Elon Musk. One, currently referred to as a “Tesla product unveiling,” will take place on October 17. The other will be held on October 28 and is based around solar products, particularly a solar roof, that’ll come out of its SolarCity acquisition.

It’s not clear what is going to be unveiled during the first event. It’s possible it could be connected to the Model 3, but Tesla and Musk are remaining quiet. Musk did say a large Model 3 event would occur in late 2016, so perhaps that’s what will be discussed.
