Venice, California-based Tecca, the online and mobile, consumer information and review service backed by Best Buy, said today that it has bolstered its board and added a slew of executives to the company. The firm said it has added Rich Battista, former president of National Cable Networks for Fox and Gemstar TV Guide International to its board; appointed Shannon Ludovissy, former GM of Rotten Tomatoes, and Assaf Tarnopolsky as co-presidents; and named Barb Dybwad, former Mashable and Engadget senior editor, as head of content.
