Software developers from top tier smartphone companies are very busy nowadays, developing firmwares based on Google’s latest operating system. While finalizing Nougat firmwares, Sony has now released new software updates for the Xperia XZ and X Compact smartphones.
The updates come with a build number 39.0.A.3.30 and 34.1.A.3.49, respectively, and brings Android security fixes for the month of November. There is no information whether Sony included some other improvements. Check your notifications as the updates are rolling out OTA. You can also manually check for the update by heading to your handset’s Settings menu.
