Soft-World nets NT$2.57 per share for January-September

Online game developer and operator Soft-World International has reported consolidated revenues of NT$3.55 billion (US$113 million), gross margin of 17.36%, net operating profit of NT$65.1 million, net profit of NT$72.9 million and net EPS of NT$0.57 for third-quarter 2016.

For January-September, it posted consolidated revenues of NT$11.696 billion, gross margin of 19.06%, net operating profit of NT$236.5 million, net profit of NT$327.3 million and net EPS of NT$2.57.

Fellow company Gamania Digital Entertainment has reported consolidated revenues of NT$6.420 billion, net loss of NT$348.6 million and net loss per share of NT$2.21 for January-September.

Gamania will buy back nine million shares of its stock, equivalent to a 5.71% stake, at a price interval of NT$23.00-38.00 per share during November 10, 2016-January 9, 2017.
