Just as AT&T started selling the Gear S3 Classic and its Frontier counterpart, Samsung has released a new software update that brings even more features and other improvements to the Gear S3. At the moment, only Gear S3 units sold in the US are getting the update.
The update brings Tizen to version 2.3.2.3, which is the same version that Gear S3 smartwatches have been running in Europe since March. Over-the-air software rollouts can be staged, so if the update isn’t available right away, be patient.
