Just as Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus start shipping, Samsung has officially released first software update for the flagship smartphones. The new update is only around 392 MB in size and is available over-the-air. No new features are included, but some of them have received performance improvements.
According to the official changelog, the software update includes:
- Improved performance for face recognition.
- The camera’s UI has been adjusted.
- The security of the device has been improved.
- Device stability improvement and bug fixes.
- New and enhanced features.
- Further improvements to performance.
