For 2016, Samsung has updated almost every member of the Galaxy A-series, except for the Galaxy A8. The smartphone is now confirmed to be in the works as it was listed on GFXBench and Geekbench websites, but we still don’t know when Samsung plans to announce it.
According to the listings, the Galaxy A8 (2016) model will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 7420 chipset, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. There will be a 5.1-inch 1080p display, a 16-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel selfie unit and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
