Hello there Xiaomi fans and users, today I bring you the full changelog and download links to the latest iteration of the Global Beta MIUI 8 software for Xiaomi smartphones, MIUI 8 Global Beta ROM 6.11.3. Some of the new features in this week’s update have been detailed in the MIUI 8 Global Beta ROM 6.11.3 Changelog Preview, and unlike what used to obtain in the past few weeks, no new features (that weren’t in the changelog preview) were added in the full changelog.
In this week’s update, a wide range of Xiaomi devices are supported (if not all) and as usual, you are given the option to update your phone either via Fastboot or via Recovery. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm Edition is off the suspension hook this week, but the update for the Redmi Note 2 and Redmi Note 3G has been suspended.

The MIUI 8 Global Beta ROM 6.11.3 brings the following:
- New antivirus scans for apps (sideloaded apps) installed from third party markets, app stores and sources, i.e. apps not installed from the Google Play Store which is the official app store for global Xiaomi smartphones. This is explained better in the changelog preview.
- A lot of new features have been added and updates applied to existing features in the Mi Picks app for India ROMs. So, if you’re proud of India, this update would make you more proud of the country. All the full details about this can be found in the changelog preview.
