Razer is a well-known company that produces various products for gamers. In January, Razer acquired Nexbit, a company behind the cloud-centric Robin smartphone. Shortly after the acquisition, the company stopped the production of Nextbit Robin to only focus on new products.
It looks like the company will keep its promise about the phone with “unique mobile design and experiences, as the company revealed plans to go for a $3-5 billion IPO in Hong Kong that will help fund development of its own smartphone among other new gadgets. The handset will be designed for “hardcore gamers,” but the “people familiar with the matter” didn’t reveal anything else.
