I’ve used this program to create a Financial Power of Attorney for my Mom, and also a Advance Directive and Medical Power of Attorney for her as well.
When I use this program, I really feel like all of the information I need to answer the questions is right at my fingertips, and so it gives me increased confidence that I am getting what I need (legally) from it.
We had the Financial POA reviewed by a local attorney, and he said it looked fine to him, except that he had a couple of suggestions, which were easily accommodated by going back and making a few minor changes using WillMaker.
