Though it’s not the first to offer a “try before you buy” option for clothes, Amazon could end up being one of the largest players in the area. It’s launching a new feature for Prime subscribers called “Prime Wardrobe.” With it, consumers can try out clothes before actually buying them.
Over a million clothing options are available. Once you pick at least three to try, Amazon will send you them to test and include a prepaid shipping label for any returns.
When you decide to keep at least three of the items, you’ll receive a 10% discount. That discount rises to 20% if you keep over five pieces.
The service is currently in its beta stage. You can sign up for more info here.
