Panasonic has just released an extremely expensive tablet for businesses that need tough devices that can last for hours in various conditions. Dubbed the FZ-A2, the tablet costs $2,189 and comes with MIL-STD-810G certification and IP65 rating for protection against dust and water.
The tablet is powered by Intel Atom Z8550 processor, 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal memory, and a 2,720 mAh battery that should last for up to 9 hours of battery. It has a 10.1-inch display with WUXGA resolution and 800 nit for better daylight readability. There is also a “hot swap battery” feature that is available via business expansion module.
