La Jolla-based Ortiva Wireless, which develops wireless video optimization and streaming hardware and software for wireless operators, has raised $ 2.5M in a convertible debt funding round, according to a filing from the firm Friday. The filing indicates the funding is part of a $ 3.786M fundraising effort still in progress by the company. Source of the new funding was not announced.
