Oppo’s unannounced R9S handset has already received 3C certification and cleared TENAA last month, and is scheduled to be announced sometime in October. Thanks to new advertising leaflets, we have more information on the smartphone’s specifications and design.
Compared to its predecessor, the new R9s will pack a larger battery, a bump from 2,850 mAh unit to a 3,010 mAh. To charge the battery faster, Oppo has implemented the new Super VOOC charging tech that was showcased earlier this year. Other specs include a 5.5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 625 SoC, 4 GB of RAM, and a 13 MP/16 MP camera combo.
