While OnePlus won’t release Nougat update for the OnePlus One because Qualcomm refuses to release drivers for Snapdragon 800/801, there could be a third-party Android 7.0 Nougat ROM. The phone was now spotted on GFXBench and Geekbench running Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
The tested version of Android 7.0 is allegedly not an official release, but a third-party ROM developed by the XDA-Devs member updating. The version back in August had everything working except for the video camera and the stock keyboard, so hopefully the issues have been fixed and the ROM is ready for public release.
