In near future, smartphone manufacturers might include a new feature called exploding battery. Over the last few months, we have seen many exploded smartphones and the main culprit is the battery. After Galaxy Note 7, we now have the first exploded iPhone 7 device.
According to Redditor kroopthesnoop, his iPhone 7 unit exploded before it even arrived at his door. This means that something happened between the factory and delivery, and it probably an isolated incident, at least for the time being. Apple has yet to release official statement on the issue, but it will probably investigate what happen.
