New HearBuilder Following Directions Computerized Screener from Super Duper
Greenville, SC – March 23, 2012 – Super Duper Publications has released its HearBuilder Following Directions Computerized Screener. This assessment software allows educators and therapists to informally asses a student’s ability to follow directions and understand basic concepts. It is designed for students ages 4 to 9 (grades PreK to 3), and takes only 15-20 minutes to complete.
The HearBuilder Following Directions Computerized Screener is very useful as a universal screener for Response to Intervention (RTI) programs. With it, educators can test an unlimited number of students, save student data to a spreadsheet, provide detailed error reports, compare Pre- and Post-test results, view percentages of correct responses for each subtest, and calculate the total percentage of correct responses based upon five subtests. To view an informative Show Me How video for this product, click here.
The subtests focus on these key areas: Basic Directions (Click on the small cat.); Sequential Directions (First click on the blue apple, next click on the large fish, and then click on the red bird.); Quantitative and Spatial Directions (Click on both of the yellow trees.); Temporal Directions (After you click on the red star, click on the red shoe.); and Conditional Directions (If a fork is in the box, click on the circle. If not, click on the square.)
HearBuilder Following Directions Computerized Screener is particularly helpful when used in conjunction with the HearBuilder Following Directions Software. The Screener kit includes an interactive CD-ROM and instruction booklet and is compatible with Windows® (XP, Vista®, or 7) and Macintosh® (OS X v10.6 or v10.7) computer systems.
