DRAM chipmaker Nanya Technology is more likely to report an eight-quarter low in internet revenue for the primary quarter of 2019, in response to a report by Taiwan’s Central News Agency.
Net earnings at Nanya are estimated at between NT$3.5 billion (US$113.four million) and NT$3.7 billion, down over 50% from fourth-quarter 2018, the report quoted market watchers as saying.
Nanya has disclosed revenues fell 32.9% sequentially and 39.5% on yr to NT$11.37 billion within the first quarter of 2019, when its DRAM bit shipments and ASPs declined about 10% and 20%, respectively, on quarter.
Nanya is scheduled to carry its quarterly buyers assembly on April 16.
