Microsoft Forms Pro is now accessible as a part of the Dynamics 365 Enterprise license, offering as much as 2,000 survey responses per 30 days per tenant. Enterprise clients also can purchase extra capability if wanted. Any Office 365 tenant also can buy Forms Pro.
