It has been too long since Microsoft announced its last smartphone. There are various Lumia deals in the recent few weeks, which only confirms these new details. According to a new report, Microsoft plans to kill its Lumia lineup by the end of the year.
It is still unclear whether Microsoft is stopping the production in December or they plan to stop selling the devices. The Lumia lineup will probably be replaced by the Surface, but unlike Lumia, there won’t be so many smartphones. For now, we only now about one new device and that is the flagship Surface Phone, which is now rumoured to launch by the end of 2016. We’ll keep you posted as new details leak online.
