Microsoft is working with Google to assist repair an issue YouTube customers are having on the Windows platform.
Dale Curtis, who works with HTML5 Media at Google, complains that YouTube receives a whole bunch of complaints every day, 95% from Windows customers, complaining that their video was taking part in with out audio.
Dale recognized three principal points:
User error: A person might inadvertently put YouTube right into a muted state.OS Issues: Accidental system fall over falls into this class of error; for instance, if the person has 2x DP/HDMI displays w/ only one audio connection, the output system might change between the 2.Driver points: 1st or third get together drivers may cause audio output to hold.
